Discount Rates does not mean less quality, poor service, sacrificing performance or professionalism. Discount Rates means MORE FOR YOU! For example, you can go into a store and buy a brand name item paying brand name prices...or, you can go into a discount store and buy the same brand name product for less money. Why? Because of higher volume, lower overhead, and less wasted manpower hours! Here's an analogy: parents of teenagers find it frustrating when they are expected to buy a pair of brand name tennis shoes for $60-$120. In a day and age when we clip coupons to save 25¢ on a loaf of bread, isn't it strange that adults wanting to sell something as large as a house get into the same trap as our teenagers and think, or at least have been led to believe, that the national real estate companies (or brand names) are going to do something special that we at 1 MONTH REALTY can't?
