The next step is to pick out the homes YOU want to see. We will get together and take a relaxed, informal tour of all the homes you are interested in (this may take several appointments). We will upon your request give you a copy of a blank Offer to Purchase to familiarize yourself with it before you find a home. You will then receive daily/weekly updates of all the homes that are new to the market for that week. When You Find Your Home
When we find a home that is just perfect for you, we will talk about it and then prepare a “Comparative Market Analysis” on the property to determine what the home is really worth! Then we will talk about what kind of offer you would like to submit and we will write it up. The offer is then presented to the listing agent and 1 MONTH REALTY will give you our input throughout the negotiation process, helping to arrive at the lowest price possible, with terms that are right for YOU! After the deal is done, you will be assured that you have made a great decision, because you have the Market Analysis to prove it!
